Marlene Zaharichuk - Property Administrator
Marlene is a Property Administrator for NAI Commercial with over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential property administration. Marlene has worked extensively with a variety of retail, office, industrial and residential properties and is certified in both Marketing and Management with the International Council of Shopping Centres. Marlene has a Bachelor of Education with a major in languages.

Marymae Clark - Associate Broker
Marymae has been a licensed associate of RECA since 2000, completing her broker designation in 2004. Marymae is considered a skilled asset manager and negotiator in both retail and office leasing. From 2005-2008 she was a Lease and Property Manager for Loblaw Properties West, managing a portfolio of some 1.2M square feet of office and retail assets in Western Canada. She participated in the consolidation and relocation of their Western administration to Ontario and the lease-up and disposition of non-core assets.
Marymae has also acted as Broker and Property Manager for KDI Realty Advisors and Consolidated Real Estate Services, during this period co-authoring the lease up of 125,000 square feet of office and retail premises and the sale of $25M in retail, industrial and office assets. Marymae joined NAI in September 2009.
